Ordering and Downloading World Day of Prayer 2024 Materials
How to order or download: All coordinators or any others interested in receiving World Day of Prayer (WDP) 2024 materials are to create a Coordinator Login account at wicc.org. Through this account, all materials can be ordered and/or downloaded for use. Click here for Coordinator Login instructions.
An email address is required for ordering all materials for the 2024 service. If you do not have an email address, buddy with an individual who has one.
How to receive service print copies and USB: WICC has adopted a very conservative financial plan this year in light of economic uncertainty. Therefore, we are providing a standard WDP packet instead of custom printing and shipping.
WDP Packet Contents:
1. USB memory stick packet:
A. Printed materials: 1 copy of the WDP Service (11 X 8.5; 8 pages); Service Bulletin (1 page; front and back); Palestine backgrounder; 5 offering envelopes AND
B. a Memory stick with a 55-minute prerecorded WDP service, 5-minute devotional message, music, WDP 2024 worship service PowerPoint.
Cost $20.
Shipping: WDP packets will be shipped in early January 2024. Please order as soon as possible so that we can be prepared.

Do I have to order a stick to receive the free materials?
No, you certainly do not have to order a memory stick to access all the great World Day of Prayer resources for Canada for this year. Go to: https://wdpcanada.ca/create-a-coordinator-login-account/ to learn how to register and find the Canadian resources.
I have registered as a co-ordinator but I need to order the bulletins for the service and posters to advertise the service. Can you supply information?
Hi Gerri, Now that you have registered, go to https://wdpcanada.ca/service-coordinators/ and you will see all the resources if you scroll down (it may ask for your name and password first).

Got my package but no posters. Is a copy on the memory stick?

and is called, *WDP 2023 Fillable Poster with Artwork (Word format)

Three of the WDP songs have guitar chords: I Urge You, Abwoon d’bwashmaya and Your Word Lights the Path, but God of Peace doesn’t. Recipes will be posted with the service resources, in We-Connect and on Facebook in January.
ALthough I am not the area co-ordinator, I chose to attend Saturday’s meeting just to get in the mood and the juices running for any assistance I can give in this new area.
Saturdays meeting was in my view a huge success. Although I have been doing WDOP for more years than I care to remember, there was a lot of valuable information given. I have two full pages of new and things that need to be brought to the forefront on my thinking ass I move towrds March service.

What about copyright on the service book that we received? Can we photocopy it, or can we put it on PowerPoint and project it during the service?

You are welcome to copy the materials for (a) World Day of Prayer service(s). You just can’t use the resources for other types of services unless you get permission from World Day of Prayer International.
There is a PowerPoint of the service already developed.
To access it, register as a coordinator (instructions attached), and then
go to https://wdpcanada.ca/service-coordinators/ and log in with your email and password
Click on Resources near the top of the page.
Click on + Service Program
Click on World Day of Prayer 2024 Service (PowerPoint) and download it.

Hi Sue, I have emailed you my banana bread recipe, although it is not on our website for Palestine. I have also emailed you the Palestinian Sesame Cookie recipe and you can find it on our website if you use the search at the top of the page.
